Best Rate Guarantee – Terms and Conditions

  1. Due to our Best Rate Guarantee policy, it is unlikely that you will find a lower rate elsewhere. However, if you do find a better rate for the same room type and for the same staying dates within 24 hours of making your booking through, you can submit a claim form below.
  2. For a claim to be valid under the Best Rate Guarantee, it must satisfy all of the terms and conditions herein, and be submitted in compliance with the claims process set out below.
  3. The claim form must be submitted within 24 hours of making your reservation through the Lily Beach website, and no less than 24 hours before actual check-in time applicable at the Resort.
  4. Lily Beach Resort & Spa reserves the right to reject any claim forms it finds incomplete or such that use unsupported language.
  5. The Competing Rate must be available online, and have identical booking elements to that of Lily Beach Resort & Spa: dates, number of guests, room type, and include the same cancellation policies and restrictions to that of the direct booking through Lily Beach Resort & Spa.
  6. A Best Rate Guarantee will only be applicable if the individual making the valid claim stays in the reserved guest room.
  7. The claim may be denied if it is determined that the difference in rate derives from currency fluctuations and rounding.
  8. Depending on the case, multiple claims for multiple rooms on the same night, or even in the same week, might be treated as one claim if there is a correlation between them.
  9. If the Resort cannot independently verify the availability of the competing rate at the time of the claim, it may deny the claim.
  10. Should the Resort determine that a certain claim has been done to benefit from the Best Rate Guarantee and has been acted in fraudulent or abusive manner, it will terminate the claim without further notice and at its own discretion.
  11. Perks or any value-added amenities will be excluded from the rate comparison. Only accommodation with relevant meal plan is to be taken into consideration.
  12. The 100 $ voucher can be used at the following outlets and for the following services: Teppanyaki, Fine Dining (excluding any lobster dishes), Excursions and Segway Tours. Vouchers are not valid at Tamara Spa, the diving centre, retail outlets and is not applicable to alcoholic beverage purchases, including wines. One vouchers only will be issued per stay, and the booking needs to be for a minimum of 3 nights. Vouchers are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, are void upon checkout and cannot be applied toward future stays.
  13. Lily Beach Resort & Spa reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or cancel the Best Rate Guarantee, or to restrict its availability to any person at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.
  14. Lily Beach Resort & Spa will contact you within 24 hours of submitting your claim.

The Best Rate Guarantee will not apply for the following rate types:

  1. Rates that are not publicly available, such as corporate discount rates, group rates, meeting rates, rates requiring membership in a club or other organization where the rates are targeted specifically toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public, direct mail or electronic mail solicitations, or any rates requiring a code or coupon.
  2. Discount rates offered only to members of groups or individuals who meet previously specified criteria.
  3. Package rates being those including (a) hotel accommodation sold as part of a travel package, in which the property does not provide the extra services, including, but not limited to accommodation plus airfare, and/or (b) hotel accommodation sold with value added extras.
  4. Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay.
  5. Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights.
  6. Rates that are available on auction web sites.
  7. Rates available on opaque providers’ web sites that do not disclose the hotel brand, the name of the property, the precise location of the property or other specific information that may divulge the property’s identity (e.g., facility name) until the reservation is completed.
  8. Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate (including electronic vouchers and certificates).
  9. The Best Rate Guarantee is not valid for reservations that are made within 24 hours of arrival to Lily Beach Resort & Spa.
  10. The Best Rate Guarantee is not valid for taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges.
