If you prefer your holiday exercise routine to be a little more serene then the morning beach Yoga or Pilates will be just the thing to get the mind, body and soul in shape for the whole day. If you would rather be in the water to exercise, then the Aqua Aerobics classes in the pool are a great way to stay fit and cool off!
