To help you glow from the inside out, there will be a variety of healthy meal options available using the best ingredients for boosting energy levels and helping the immune system, all carefully prepared by our in-house chef, every bite is a carefully-orchestrated for your wellness journey.
Start each day in the very best way possible by practicing yoga, enjoying a detox drink and wellness snack, all while appreciating the serene early morning beauty of the island. Later in the morning, learn some new skills at Tamara Spa which can be used at home, prolonging the Lily Wellness benefits long after your tan fades – there will be a lesson in creating your own herbal scrub, a Tamara Spa signature tea workshop and a couples massage masterclass. Dine on fresh and healthy lunches at Aqva Restaurant and, after an afternoon of doing whatever makes your heart sing, join the Pilates Fusion Workout on the beach.
