Terms and Conditions
• The Lily Beach Resort & Spa ‘Epicurean Delights’ offer is subject to the following terms and conditions. Rates are subject to availability.
• The Resort reserves the right to charge a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the full stay at the time of booking including all taxes and fees. To qualify for this offer, the reservation must be made on our website. In case of invalid payment details, the guest will be informed to supply the Resort with an alternative payment method. In case of invalid details and non-response the Resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation notifying the guest.
• The ‘Epicurean Delights’ offer requires minimum 4 nights stay.
• The ‘Epicurean Delights’ offer is for maximum 10 nights stay.
Extending your stay:
• If you would like to extend your stay beyond 10 nights, the extension is subject to prevailing public Best Available Rates.
Cancellation policy:
• The 50% deposit required at time of booking is non refundable. The Platinum Plan Enhancement Package is nonrefundable.
