It is with great honour that Lily Beach Resort & Spa can announce that our Resident Manager, Patrice Aira, has been promoted to Resort General Manager! Patrice joined the team last year, and has worked tirelessly to help Lily Beach cement itself as one of the Maldives top resorts, offering excellence in both its facilities and service provided.
The hard work of Patrice and his team at Lily Beach can easily be seen in our guest’s reactions and reviews of the resort, along with the industry awards that continue to recognise Lily Beach as one of the Maldives and the world’s leading all-inclusive destinations.
Patrice, originally from France, started his career in hospitality in Seattle (USA). Working as a busboy, he knew he was capable of offering much more to the industry, and quickly worked his way up through the F&B departments of a number of large hotels, up until he was made Resident Manager of a luxury resort in Mauritius. This experience helped make him the natural leader he is today, understanding the hard work and commitment to excellence that is required to make our guests’ stay at Lily Beach so incredible.
The stunning natural beauty around the island helps make any stay at Lily Beach special, however it is often the outstanding quality of the service, combined with the genuine warmth shown by our team members towards guests that create the longest lasting memories, and keeps attracting our guests back year after year. Recognising this, Patrice has worked tirelessly to help continue to build on the excellent service offered, and to keep the welcoming and friendly atmosphere that defines the resort ever present.
